We are happy to offer three types of management: rental, non-rental and A La Carte. For our rental clients, we manage your home locally and act as your eyes and ears (and hands) in Breckenridge. You, as the homeowner, keep the reservation details. We are in direct contact with you, rather than with your guests. Non-rental management is offered to homeowners who choose not to rent their home. We offer A La Carte services when available in which we charge an hourly rate to act as hands on deck for your home and guests.

- Service supervision (appliance or wireless installation; 1 per month included)
- Emergency response (during biz hours)
- Alarm system monitoring (during biz hours)

Short Term Rental Management
Fees include:
- Key service
- Pre-arrival / Post-departure inspections*
- Weekly or Bi-Monthly wellness inspections
- Seasonal inspections and action items
- Housekeeping scheduling
- Maintenance coordination
- Services coordination (hot tub, trash, snow removal, landscaping)
- Service supervision (appliance or wireless installation; 1 per month included)
- Emergency response (during biz hours)
