We are happy to offer two types of management: rental and non-rental. For our rental clients, we manage your home locally and act as your eyes and ears (and hands) in Breckenridge. You, as the homeowner, keep the reservation details. We are in direct contact with you, rather than with your guests. Non-rental management is offered to homeowners who choose not to rent their home.
