Zach has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and has extensive experience in hotels, vacation rentals and property management in mountain environments. He is a licensed real estate agent for our sister company, Breck Living. Zach grew up in Brooklyn and made Breckenridge his home in 2012. When not working in or around town, he can be found exploring the mountains on skis and bikes with his dog Corbly alongside.

Kevin has worked in the hospitality and maintenance industry for over 5 years in Breckenridge after moving from Fishkill, NY. He is a certified pool operator and also holds an inspector certification and housekeeping certification through CRMA. When not getting dirty on the job Kevin can likely be found celebrating life skiing or at Broken Compass.

Lauretta has worked in the real estate and property management field since 2003, previously owning a real estate franchise prior to relocating to Breckenridge where her and her husband Toby built Breckenridge Resort Managers, a highly successful vacation rental and association management company. Lauretta is a licensed real estate agent, and a Certified Manager of Community Associations. Lauretta and Toby have three daughters who have been raised in Blue River and all love exploring our mountain environment when not participating in community events and sports.

Toby is a competent and experienced leader in the vacation rental and property management industry, holding many certifications and licenses as well as seats on a variety of boards, which demonstrate his commitment to excellence in the industry. Toby holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist, Accredited Residential Manager, and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certifications With the Community Associations Institute the Institute of Real Estate Management organizations.     Toby is also currently the President of the Breckenridge Lodging Association, a board member of the Vacation Rental Manager Association, The committee chair of the VRMA marketing committee, and a Trustee (Mayor) in the Town of Blue River.
